About Me
I’m Jack Loades. Counsellor, but more importantly, someone who’s lived the chaos. I grew up in it, lost my dad to suicide through alcohol, and spent years caught in the weekend escape loop. Burnout. Anxiety. That hollow Monday morning feeling. I know it well.
I tried numbing. I tried avoiding. None of it worked. What did was action. Small, uncomfortable steps that slowly rebuilt my life from the inside out.
That’s what I help other people do now. Not just talk about change, but live it. Get clear on what matters. Build the discipline to back it up. Create a life that actually feels good, not just on the highlights reel, but every single day.
